Stroller Strides Classes: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 9am

We'll meet at Arden Park on the large grassy area. Please bring a sturdy stroller, water, a towel/yoga mat for ab work, and any comfort items for your little one(s).

Stroller Strides Classes: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9am

We meet in front of the children's play structure on Alhambra Blvd. between H and F Streets. Please bring water, a towel/yoga mat for ab work, and any comfort objects for your little one(s), should they become necessary.

Traveling North on Land Park Drive, turn left onto 14th Ave. (@ the 4-way stop) and vere right to the play structure (structure will be on your left). Come join us for a 60 minute heart pumping HIIT workout! Bring your Red Spri resistance band (or you can purchase one for $10 at class) and be ready for an early morning workout to kickstart your Sunday! We'll meet at the grass next to the amphitheater. Boost does not have nutritional support, weigh-ins, or a facebook group. Just mamas, no kiddos. You can purchase a 5 Class Pass for $65 or drop in at $15/class. Spread the word!!

This class meets on Wednesday evenings at 7pm and Sunday mornings at 7:30am from January 11 - March 5.

Starting on Wednesday, January 11 to Sunday, March 5, we'll meet at Arden Park for our 8 week Body Back Transformation. Bring your water bottle, yoga mat, and red SPRI resistance band (new clients will be provided one) and prepare for an amazing workout!

In the event of inclement weather, Land Park and McKinley Park Stroller Strides classes will meet at the Natomas Racquet Club. Check our website at http://sacramento.fit4mom.com/ under the "Welcome" tab. If there is a change of class location, I will post it there by 8:20am. If there is no change, I will not post and class is held at our regularly scheduled location.
Arden Park will meet at their regular location rain or shine. If rain, meet under the covered benches pavilion!
