What if you went into 2025 as a woman who prioritizes herself? A woman who focuses on her self-care, self-confidence and self-love.
Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
Participants will also experience:
- weekly small group HIIT classes
- at-home supplemental workout videos
- meal plans and recipe guide
- weekly small group challenges
- online coaching via a private Facebook group
- "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements
As a Body Well client, you can expect personalized one-on-one attention from our certified fitness instructors. This program is child-free-perfect for Stroller Strides graduates whose kids are now in school or for any woman who needs personal time to focus on their goals fully. It's time to focus on "YOU"! (This is a kid-free workout, so childcare will not be provided.)
