Virtual Fired Up Core

Fired Up Core! is a touch of cardio with a heavy dose of targeted 3-dimensional core work. After our warmup, we kick off with 1 minute of cardio followed by 3 minutes of core exercises. We repeat this cycle 4 times, followed by stretches for a 45 minute workout. The core is our powerhouse and this class will challenge and strengthen yours!
