Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Whether she can make time for herself when her kids are at school, or after work when she has childcare, or whether she’s worked out for the past few years or hasn’t worked out in a few years...Body Well is the perfect place to start, no matter your season of motherhood.
Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood, a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better, so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide)
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Strides 360 promises a heart pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength, and round out your workout. Bring your kiddo(s) with you in the stroller or drop them off at school and come sweat with your mom friends...this class is stroller optional! Either way, this hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!more
Body Back Boost is the HIIT workout with relaxing meditation at the end of class. This is open to just moms (a child-free class). This is not the Body Back Transformation commitment of 8 weeks in a closed session. Come and join with other hard-working mamas who want a great workout!

Fired Up Core! is a touch of cardio with a heavy dose of targeted 3-dimensional core work. After our warmup, we kick off with 1 minute of cardio followed by 3 minutes of core exercises. We repeat this cycle 4 times, followed by stretches for a 45 minute workout. Our core is our powerhouse and this class will challenge and strengthen yours!more
