Looking for a way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your child? Stroller Strides® may be just what you’re looking for and your first class is FREE!!!

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program for moms with their baby or stroller-age child(ren). The hour-long workout includes power walking/jogging and intervals of body toning using resistance tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by nationally certified instructors who are trained in pre- and post-natal fitness, it's a great workout for any fitness level.

In addition to providing a full body workout, we incorporate interaction with your child through songs, counting, learning ABC's, and color recognition. This way the children are entertained while we get our workout. We welcome moms and babies 6 weeks and older.

Pregnant? Stroller Strides® is for you too! Our instructors are certified in Fit4Baby and are trained to offer modifications for all stages of pregnancy.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises incorporated with everything our moms love about Stroller Strides®. This workout is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture all while their little ones are in tow. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!


Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

Our current sessions run the week of October 9 and end the week of December 16. Note: Special 10-week sessions for this Winter! There are two session options:

Mon/Wed 7:00-8:00pm at Arden Park

Tues/Thurs 6:00-7:00pm at Fairytale Town

Mon/Wed 5:30-6:30am at Belle Cooledge (returning January 2018!)

Body Back Teamwork

Join us for drop-in Body Back workouts every Sunday morning in beautiful Land Park from 7-8:00am! Meet at the Amphitheater. Purchase your 5-class pass for $70 or Single class pass for $18 prior to class. Pre-register for the classes you'd like to attend.


Support. Connect. Empower. Make a difference. FIT4MOM and Stroller Strides is proud to offer "Our Village". Women, especially moms, are invaluable change agents. Our Village harnesses this power through its 'Moms with a Mission' program. This program is directed at helping better the communities in which we live and play through organized activities focused on giving back to children, families and the environment.

Our Village also hosts weekly playgroups each week after our Stroller Strides class. Tuesdays: McKinley Park, Wednesdays: Arden Park, and Fridays: Land Park. There are also monthly moms' nights out, and field trips for you and your family. Curious what events are happening this month? Just click on the "Our Village Events" tab in the headers.
