FIT4MOM Sacramento's Annual Stroll-R-Treating & Spooktacular Stroller Strides at Land Park!!! And we are excited to have you invite the WHOLE FAMILY!

First and foremost, everyone is invited (YES, parents too!) to dress in costume for our Specialty Class!!!

9:30-10:30: Specialty Class, unlike any other we've had! You will have fun AND get a great workout in, too!

10:30-10:50: Stroll-R-Treating for the kids: bring a treat (stickers, crayons, pretzels, bubbles, etc...) to pass out to the little ones. Approximately 15-20. Also, bring a container/bag to hold the treats you receive. (Only rule is no candy, please...)

And lastly, don't forget to make space on your phones for pictures. This event is one of our biggest, most celebrated Stroller Strides annual amazingly crazy fun days!
