Stroller Strides Classes: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 9:15 am

We'll meet at Arden Park on the large grassy area. Please bring a sturdy stroller, water, a towel/yoga mat for ab work, and any comfort items for your little one(s).

Stroller Strides Classes: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 9:15 am

We meet on the grass across the street from the wading pool/enclosed play structure. Traveling North on Land Park Drive, turn left onto 14th Ave. (@ the 4-way stop) and vere right to the play structure (structure will be on your left). Please bring a sturdy stroller, water, a towel/yoga mat for ab work, and any comfort objects for your little one(s), should they become necessary.

Strides 360 is a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life! Come with or without your stroller as this is our first stroller optional mom-centered program. You can drop off the little(s) at preschool, grandma's or bring them along for 60 minutes that will fly by with a fast-paced experience!

We are working on getting back to the zoo for class. This class is Temporarily on hold until further notice.

Meet us for Stroller Strides at the Sacramento Zoo on the first Monday of each month! Register outside the Member Entrance and we'll gather up inside for our fun-filled workout! Bring your resistance band, water, and snacks for the kiddo(s). If this is your first class, we'll have bands for you to borrow! We can't wait to meet you and your cutie(s)!!
