Stroller Strides Classes: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 9am
We meet on the grass across the street from the wading pool/enclosed play structure. Traveling North on Land Park Drive, turn left onto 14th Ave. (@ the 4-way stop) and vere right to the play structure (structure will be on your left). Please bring a sturdy stroller, water, a towel/yoga mat for ab work, and any comfort objects for your little one(s), should they become necessary.more
Come and see what Body Back is all about! This class is open to all who have not attended a preview class before and current Body Back clients. We'll meet on the grassy area near the pond/fountain/amphitheater near
South Land Park Drive and across from Fairytale Town. You can find
parking in the Fairytale Town parking lot and walk down to the pond.
Remember to bring your red SPRI resistance band (or we will have some you can borrow), yoga mat, and lots of
water to drink! We'll see you there!

Starting on Wednesday, Jan 10 to Sunday, March 4, we'll meet at Arden Park for our 8 week Body Back Transformation. Bring your water bottle, yoga mat, and resistance band (new clients will be provided one) and prepare for an amazing workout!
This class is FREE if you've never attended a Body Back Preview class OR are currently enrolled in the next session. If you're a past Body Back client, this class is a $15 opportunity to be reminded of this amazing program! We'll meet in front of the library in the parking lot or under the covered entrance.
