This month we are showcasing Kari Wimsatt, mama to Gabe (almost 3) and baby boy due in May

What is your career: Stay at home mom

How did you find FIT4MOM, and how long have you been a member?:

I found FIT4MOM through a Zoo news letter (we used to do classes there) and have been a member since August of 2021.

What has been the best thing about FIT4MOM Sacramento for you?

The village! I don’t know what I would do without the support and friendships the FIT4MOM village has provided. It’s so great to make genuine connections with others who are going through the same season of life and have advice and support from them.

What is your proudest mama moment:

I love watching my son grow confidence as he gets more independent. It’s the best feeling to watch him accomplish something new.

Share 3 fun facts with us about you:

1) I studied abroad in Spain during college

2) I was born on an Air Force base

3) I grew up raising pigs, dairy cows, and rabbits and showing them at the county fair

FIT4MOM is the best thing I’ve done for myself in motherhood. I’m so thankful to have the support, fun and friendship for me and my family while getting a great workout too 😊
