Playgroup Captain

Hi there, I’m Kari. I am mama to Gabe (3) and a baby boy due in May 2025. I’m a Sacramento transplant (originally from Ohio) and have loved exploring California with my family since moving here in 2021.

Being a stay at home mom in a new state was challenging and isolating. I wanted to find something to get me and my son out of the house and moving, which is why we joined Fit4Mom in August 2022. Little did I know that I would be getting a support system, friendships for me and my son, and something to look forward to every week. I love being able to take a little time out of the day to prioritize my health with a great workout that is fun for the kids to come to as well.

When I’m not busy running after a toddler, I love crafting. I always have my glue gun ready and my Cricut machine or sewing machine running for a new project. I’m excited to funnel my creative energy into being a Playgroup Captain. I hope to provide fun activities that your kids will look forward to each week and create a supportive and creative environment that will help them make memories and friendships.
