Please fill out our Membership Change Request Form. A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership. You will receive an email from Barbi Hamilton within five (5) days of your submission confirming that the changes to your account have been completed. A copy of the policies can be found on the website. Once payment is processed, there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold for a maximum of 3 months. A $25 hold fee will be assessed for all non-medical holds.
