How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email barbihamilton@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 30 days before the next payment is due. Once payment is processed, there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold for a maximum of 3 months. A $20 hold fee will be assessed for all non-medical holds. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
