When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Regarding Holds: Please be advised that there is a $25 one time fee for hold requests not related to pregnancy or injury. Members may place their membership on hold once per year for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. Once the duration of the hold has ended, you will automatically be billed in accordance with your previous billing cycle. You may not cancel your membership while on hold. If you choose to CANCEL your membership while on hold, your membership will be reinstated for 30 days per cancellation policy. During this time you will have one more payment until your membership is canceled.

Cancellations: Please be advised that cancellations require a 30-day notice prior to your next billing cycle. If you give notice mid month, you will still be charged for the following month and will have access to you membership until the last day of said month.

Members who are canceling prior to the end of their 3 month commitment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Members who are requesting to cancel without a 30 day notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

You will receive an email from Barbi Hamilton within five (5) days of your submission confirming that the changes to your account have been completed. Thank you.
