What is your career: Labor and Employment Attorney

What brought you to FIT4MOM and how long have you been a member? I originally came to FIT4MOM in February because I wanted a way to workout without sacrificing time with my daughter.

What would you tell a mom thinking about coming to her first class? DO IT

What's your little ones or your favorite part of class? Ease loves eating snacks during and then sharing a chocolate croissant with me afterwards.

What is your proudest mama moment? My proudest mama moment isn’t a single mile or milestone but choosing, over and over, to put Ease first.

⭐ I love competing in open water swims 🧜‍♀️

⭐ I used to be a barista in my past life at Temple, Old Soul, and Identity here in Sacramento ☕️

⭐ You wouldn’t know it but I had spine surgery two years ago 🦴
