Each month, we are celebrating an amazing mama in our village for their commitment to a healthy lifestyle and dedication to FIT4MOM.
This month we are showcasing Emily, mama to Rico and Ronan (9 months)
Your Home Town: Santa Clara, CA
What is your career: Stay at home momma
How did you find FIT4MOM, and how long have you been a member?:
I discovered Fit4Mom while taking walk around McKinley Park when I was VERY pregnant. Corinne was so kind and welcoming, I knew I would love it! I’ve been taking classes since September 2025.
What has been the best thing about FIT4MOM for you?
FIT4MOM has done so much for me; being a SAHM with two babies is incredibly hard, overwhelming and feels very isolating at times. Being with FIT4MOM I know I have a safe, positive place to go to everyday with my babies. I can work on building my body back while also being outside and meeting other new moms and family’s! I have really enjoying coming to the classes and building our new community. I wouldn’t be the new mom I am today without having this group, I’ll be forever grateful!
What is your proudest mama moment?
My proudest moment of being a new mom is probably taking time for myself and coming to the Moms Night Out Swim Party this past summer. Doing that was incredibly difficult for me to leave my babies for a couple of hours, but it did feel awesome to have some independent time for myself.
Share 3 fun facts with us about you:
1)I went to CSU Monterey Bay for college and I got to study abroad in Australia for 6 months.
2)I am incredibly proud that I delivered both of my miracle babies naturally and in under 50 minutes. They are identical boys and 10 minutes apart. :)
3) I’m a dual citizen with Ireland, we are currently working on getting both of the babies to be dual citizens as well.
Any thing else you would like to add?
I’m to connect with new mom friends! I’d be down to go on walks, coffee and I absolutely love going out for breakfast:) Let’s connect!
