What is your career: Management

How did you find FIT4MOM, and how long have you been a member?:

My good friend Melanie has a client that raved about F4M in the Davis area. She recognized my postpartum struggle and suggested I give it a try. I still thank her for that suggestion! I’ve been a member for 1 year, and 9 months. I found it through social media and joined in April 2023

What has been the best thing about FIT4MOM Sacramento for you?

Oh man, there are so many wonderful things.. I love our little village. I look forward to the beautiful faces I see at workout. I also love that Luke enjoys going so much. On days when it’s hard to find motivation, I end up going because I know how much he loves it!

What is your proudest mama moment:

Every moment as a mama is my proudest!

Share 3 fun facts with us about you:

1)I love to roller skate.

2)I’m obsessed with skin care.

3)I have a red heeler pup named Birdie that goes on all of our adventures with us!

Any thing else you would like to add?

I’m grateful every day for this wonderful group. It has been monumental in my motherhood journey.
