Hi mamas, my name is Corinne. I am a first-time mom to my amazing boy Miguel, born June 24th. I was born and raised here in Sacramento and will continue to grow my roots here.

I left my career as a full-time state employee to become a stay-at-home mom and care for my growing family.

After giving birth and having a few months to get my rhythm as a first-time mama, I knew I had to help empower my fitness journey and not lose sight of my health, but I wanted something I can do with my son.

I started my journey with FIT4MOM Sacramento (Sac) in March 2023 and have not looked back #bestdecisionever. I was introduced to FIT4MOM Sac by another mama friend from my neighborhood and immediately felt welcomed. Hearing and seeing each mamas story helped me find comfort that what I was going through I was not alone. I found the perfect village. I continue to look forward to every new week to set new goals and challenge myself in the workouts. The best part is, I get to meet and create new friendships with mamas and there kiddos like yourself.
